The Process
The process starts with mapping out of the business processes using flowcharting software. This provides the data to identify all of the business systems necessary for operations.
Mapping is followed by an audit of existing infrastructure which reveals all pre-existing documentation, software, databases etc. The audit will reveal the work necessary to complete the identified systems.
A proposal of options will be given to you so that you can choose what you want to focus on and phase your project in a way that suits you. You may have a staff member who can undertake some of the work or we may do all the work for you, and any variation in between.
